Chapel of the Flowers was an extremely stressful experience. Customer service is bad. They treat you like you’re at a used car lot. Wish we would have picked another place. The condescending apologies only work so long as they keep getting more and more money out of you. Once you’ve paid, they have you and you have no recourse once they screw things up.

Beautiful facility, but horrible, and I really mean horrible customer service. If you choose this place, expect nothing so you will not be disappointed. Too many negatives. It was not worth the stress. They will not hold themselves accountable for any mistakes. All they say is sorry and we will pass it on to our team. Does nothing to correct issues that already occurred.

My husband was best man for his brother last Saturday. He took cards with gift cards enclosed. He was told he had to leave them at the front desk. We never saw them again. Several hundreds of dollars worth stole . The guests were made to stay outside in a hot dirty tent with trash overflowing and overturned. It was a fiasco. Too bad if you needed a restroom. If they had been married at Chuckey Cheese, at least there would have been aircondioning and toilets.

Having any type of destination wedding, even if it’s a planned elopement, is hectic. But when I showed Brandan the wedding we could have at Chapel of the Flowers, we both fell in love. From beginning to the end, Chapel of the Flowers was a top notch venue to work with, and as much as I stress about the details.....the coordinators, the stylists, and the photographers at Chapel of the Flowers blew me away with their efficiency and guest services. The best part to me was all of the packages and options available. 💙 Our wedding was live-streamed for everyone back home to see 💜 They picked us up and outfitted Brandan with a tux (I mean, I made him try a couple color combinations of course) and they even had it picked up the day after our wedding - all we had to do was leave it at the front desk of our hotel 💙 They provided limos for both of us for the ceremony, allowing us to have the special moment of our first look being when I was walking down the aisle, with a photographer waiting to start capturing those special moments as soon as we arrived 💜 Their photographers are amazing. They captured so many intimate moments from our ceremony and we had so much fun doing the photo session on the grounds after! Everytime I look at our photos and our wedding video, I have to remind myself that we actually got married on Vegas 💙 The hair and makeup team they provided made me feel so special - glamorous but still recognizable 😂 💜 Did I mention we own the copyrights to everything? No proofs in this house, we own every picture and video take from our special day 💙 They even opened a Chapel that is normally reserved for weekend weddings for us to use on a Thursday! 💜 They made sure all of our guests were accounted for and taken care of. The friends and family who supported us and came all the way out to Vegas for our wedding didn’t have anything but positive things to say about the venue and the photographers. This is why I’m so quick to promote Chapel of the Flowers, you take care of the people close to me, I’ll take care if you 👍 So I guess what I’m saying is, if you are looking for something different, for a fraction of the cost of a wedding or vow renewal, but still have all those special moments when you say I Do, check out Chapel of the Flowers in Las Vegas!
